Copper metal material cleaning pollution water treatment equipment usually adopts a three-stage process design of pretreatment deep treatment reuse. In the pretreatment stage, suspended particles and copper shavings in the water are removed through grid filtration, and then enter the regulating tank to balance the water quality and quantity; The deep processing unit is the core component, and currently mainstream technologies include chemical precipitation, ion exchange, and membrane separation. Among them, the chemical precipitation method forms copper ion precipitates by adding hydroxides or sulfides, which is suitable for the treatment of high concentration copper containing wastewater; The ion exchange method utilizes selective adsorption of copper ions by resin to achieve separation, which can reduce the concentration of copper ions to below 0.1mg/L; The reverse osmosis process in membrane separation technology can effectively intercept heavy metal ions and organic matter in water, and the effluent quality can meet the standards for reuse.
The device integrates an intelligent control system, which collects key parameters such as pH value, copper ion concentration, and turbidity in real time through online monitoring sensors, and automatically adjusts the dosage and processing flow of chemicals. For example, when the copper ion concentration exceeds the set threshold, the system will activate the backup ion exchange column to ensure that the effluent is stable and meets the standard. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a sludge dewatering device, which compresses the copper containing sludge generated by chemical precipitation into a sludge cake for subsequent resource recovery.
