Characteristics of dust collectors in mining plants:
1. The shell is designed with a cyclone dust collector volute inlet, which can play a local cyclone role and reduce the load on the filter bag. The shape of the cylindrical dome is uniform in force and has good blast resistance.
2. The high-pressure fan equipped with the equipment is used for reverse blowing dust cleaning, which is not limited by the air source conditions of the usage site, has fewer vulnerable parts, is easy to maintain, operates reliably, overcomes the disadvantages of compressed air pulse dust cleaning, has a large reverse blowing distance, can use long filter bags, fully utilizes space, and occupies a small area.
3. The ladder shaped flat bags are arranged inside the cylindrical body, with a simple and compact structure, and the filtration area refers to the elevation. Under the action of counter blowing, the trapezoidal flat bag has a large amplitude, and only one vibration is needed to shake off the accumulated dust, which is beneficial for improving the service life of the filter bag.
4. Using the resistance of the dust collector as a signal, it can automatically control the rotation back blowing to clean the dust, and adjust the cleaning cycle automatically depending on the inlet concentration.
5. The upper cover of this device is divided into multiple pieces and can be opened freely, making bag replacement and maintenance very convenient.

Working principle of dust collector in mining plant:
The induced draft fan introduces dusty gas from the inlet into the middle shell. The clean gas passes through the filter bag and enters the upper shell through the Venturi tube, and is discharged through the clean gas outlet. The dust is trapped on the outer wall of the filter bag. As time goes on, the dust adsorbed on the filter bag becomes thicker and the resistance of the filter bag increases. At this time, the pulse controller sends a signal, and the program automatically controls the opening and closing of each pulse valve, causing the high-pressure gas source to spray into the filter bag through the injection hole and Venturi tube. Due to the action of the high-pressure gas, the filter bag undergoes rapid expansion, causing impact vibration, and the dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag is shaken off in the ash hopper and discharged by the ash conveying mechanism.
