1、 Overview
At present, many sewage treatment projects at home and abroad generally use the "air flotation method" to achieve solid-liquid separation and purify water quality based on Newton's, Henry's laws, and Stokes' formula.
The air flotation method is to introduce air into water, and under a certain pressure, the water vapor is fully dissolved to saturation to form dissolved air water. Then, through the instantaneous energy dissipation and pressure reduction of the dissolved air release device, a large number of fine bubbles smaller than 30-50 μ m are released, which adhere to harmful substances that have already been flocculated and float to the water surface, achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation and purification of water quality.
The performance of the dissolved air release device directly affects the quality of water treatment. Therefore, the research on dissolved gas release devices has attracted attention from peers both domestically and internationally. Our company has accumulated years of experience in designing, manufacturing, installing, and debugging water treatment equipment, and has jointly developed the latest series of FD high-efficiency anti blocking type dissolved gas release devices by referring to the performance of various dissolved gas release devices at home and abroad.
2、 Scope of use
The FD series high-efficiency anti clogging dissolved air release device can be used in conjunction with all equipment that uses air flotation technology.
3、 Product Features
1. Automatically avoiding blockages, easy to operate, reducing labor intensity, and overcoming the trouble caused by other types of release devices being prone to blockages, resulting in air flotation equipment shutdown, emptying and cleaning.
2. The average diameter of the released microbubbles is less than 25-30 μ m. The air flotation efficiency is more than doubled.
3. The residence time of the released dissolved gas water is greater than 5 minutes to ensure optimal solid-liquid separation.
4. The released dissolved water diffuses downwards and outwards, increasing the contact area of the dissolved water.
4、 Installation requirements
1. Before installation, the pressure water container pipeline must be cleaned thoroughly.
2. The dissolved gas release device can be installed in any direction, but it must maintain a spatial distance of 250mm.
3. The release device must be connected to a standard flexible joint for easy adjustment.
5、 Main technical parameters
