1、 Scope of application
The YHS-WJ series laboratory wastewater (inorganic) treatment machine is a new type of equipment developed by our company based on years of experience in treating inorganic wastewater. This equipment adopts a treatment process that combines neutralization, multi-stage filtration, and sterilization disinfection based on the characteristics of compact laboratory space and low sewage flow. It has the characteristics of small volume, low noise, no secondary pollution, no irritating gas overflow, and easy installation and maintenance. It is widely used by scientific research institutions, chemical laboratories in colleges and universities, petrochemical enterprises, major testing institutions, etc.
2、 Process flow

3、 Process Description
After being collected and homogenized in the water collection tank, the wastewater flows into the neutralization reaction tank and a quantitative acid (alkali) solution is added according to the water quality properties for neutralization reaction. The neutralized wastewater is pumped by a lift pump to the filtration tank for filtration. At the same time, a quantitative water purification agent solution is also pumped in to cause the pollutants in the wastewater to undergo flocculation reaction, thereby improving the filtration effect. The filtered clean water is sterilized by a UV sterilizer and flows into a biological activated carbon tank to further intercept and adsorb fine pollutants. The treated clean water is directly discharged into the urban sewer network.
4、 Principle of UV sterilization
The principle of ultraviolet sterilization is to destroy and change the DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) structure of microorganisms through the irradiation of ultraviolet light, causing bacteria to die immediately or unable to reproduce offspring, achieving the purpose of sterilization. The truly bactericidal effect is UVC ultraviolet light, because C-band ultraviolet light is easily absorbed by the DNA of living organisms, especially around 253.7nm ultraviolet light. Ultraviolet sterilization belongs to pure physical disinfection methods, which have the advantages of simplicity, convenience, broad-spectrum efficiency, no secondary pollution, easy management, and automation. With the introduction of various new designed ultraviolet lamps, the application scope of ultraviolet sterilization is constantly expanding.
The disinfection and sterilization speed is fast, thorough, without secondary pollution, easy to operate, low in use and maintenance costs, high-intensity, high-energy UV-C can be completely sterilized in just a few seconds. The UV-C disinfection method can effectively kill almost all bacteria, viruses, parasites, pathogens, algae, etc., and will not cause secondary pollution, leaving no toxic substances. For the object being disinfected, it is non corrosive, pollution-free, and residue free. When the power is turned off, UV-C disappears.
