Our unit has two types of systems, WSY and FSY. The SNSY pump is a vertical fiberglass submersible vortex pump. 2. FSY type pump is a vertical or glass rain submersible centrifugal pump. The depth of the storage tank varies depending on the design, and the submersible depth can be selected between 800mm-3000mm. As long as the liquid is higher than the pump body, the liquid delivery can be started without filling. There is a leakage hole under the flat cover plate, and the liquid will not leak outside the storage tank.

The components of this pump that come into contact with the medium are made of phenolic glass fiber modified with polyvinyl butyral, which is molded into phenolic glass steel parts at high temperatures. The connecting pipe and the outlet pipe are made of phenolic glass steel pipes using a semi dry rolling process. The assembly of the impeller shaft sleeve is bonded to the pump shaft with phenolic adhesive, and all parts of the underwater assembly are bonded with phenolic adhesive. There is no metal contact with the medium when it enters the liquid, and the corrosion resistance is reliable. The product has excellent properties such as light weight, high strength, no deformation, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. In terms of corrosion resistance, it can partially replace precious metals such as molybdenum stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys.

The pump is driven directly by an electric motor through a claw type elastic coupling in both transmission and rotation directions, and the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the motor end.

This pump is widely used in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, smelting, dyes, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, rare earths, fertilizers, etc. It is an ideal equipment for transporting various non oxidizing acids (hydrochloric acid, dilute liou acid crystals, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) and other corrosive media that do not contain suspended solid particles and are not easily heated above 100 ℃ on storage tanks
