1. Installation steps (taking flange short circuit as an example)
Check the flange sealing surface, clean oil stains and dust
Install gaskets on the sealing surface (choose material according to the medium)
Align the flanges at both ends of the short circuit with the pipeline flange
Tighten the bolts evenly (using diagonal sequence to avoid uneven force distribution)
Check the sealing and conduct a pressure test
