Wrapped FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) pipes are used as fluid transport components in absorption tower systems, in scenarios such as acid and alkali waste gas treatment and chemical exhaust gas absorption. The winding FRP absorption tower pipeline adopts continuous fiber winding forming technology (which can be divided into wet winding and dry winding). Fibers (glass fiber, basalt fiber) are wound with resins (epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin, vinyl ester resin) in proportion. The pipeline wall structure is uniform, without joints or bubbles, and the mechanical strength and corrosion resistance are better than those of spliced pipelines.

2. Spiral FRP pipe interface treatment: When flange connection is made, bolts should be evenly tightened (torque value of 5-10N · m, adjusted according to flange specifications)
3. Installation of spiral FRP absorption tower pipeline support: Rubber buffer pads are added between the support and the fiberglass pipeline wall to avoid hard contact; The spacing between brackets must strictly follow the design requirements, and installation beyond the specified distance is prohibited to cause deformation of the pipeline.
