1. Fiberglass sink

Fiberglass water tank is a small open or semi open FRP container, mostly with a shallow groove structure. The height of the tank body is usually ≤ 1.5m, and the volume is generally 0.1-10m ³. Some can be customized with a sealed lid. The bottom of the tank is mostly flat or slightly inclined, which is convenient for the discharge of accumulated liquid.

Hand lay up molding: suitable for irregular and small batch sinks, can be made on site, and can adapt to complex installation spaces;

Compression molding: suitable for standardized, large-scale small sinks, with a smooth surface;

Spray molding: suitable for large non-standard water tanks, with high production efficiency and low cost.

2. Fiberglass storage tank

Fiberglass storage tanks are vertical or horizontal sealed/semi sealed large FRP containers, with a volume usually ≥ 10m ³ and up to 2000m ³. The structure is divided into tank body (cylindrical section+head), support, manhole, inlet and outlet, liquid level gauge interface and other accessories. Some pressurized storage tanks are also equipped with reinforcement rings and safety valve interfaces.

Fiber winding forming: mainstream process, suitable for vertical/horizontal atmospheric/pressure storage tanks, with tight bonding between winding layers, high structural strength, and can achieve automated production;

Hand pasted+winding composite molding: The inner wall of the tank is hand pasted with resin rich adhesive layer (anti-seepage), and the outer wall is wrapped with glass fiber (reinforced), balancing anti-seepage and mechanical strength.

3. Fiberglass storage tank

Fiberglass storage tank is a medium-sized FRP container located between a water tank and a storage tank. It is usually an open or semi open tank structure with a volume of 5-50m ³, a tank height of 1.5-3m, and some with sealed covers. The structure includes a tank body, support legs/foundation, overflow outlet, sewage outlet, and some equipped with mixing device interfaces.

Hand lay up molding: suitable for non-standard shaped storage tanks, can be made on site;

Wrapping+Hand Paste Composite: The main body of the groove is wrapped and reinforced, and complex parts such as corners and interfaces are hand pasted to form, balancing strength and sealing.
