H46H flange aluminum bronze double disc check valve is a double disc swing check valve that adopts a clamp type connection. It is composed of valve body, valve disc, valve stem, spring and other parts, with a compact structure. This valve relies on the flow of the medium itself to automatically open and close the valve disc, which is used to prevent the backflow of the pipeline medium. working principle
The dual disc structure of H46H double disc check valve adopts a spring-loaded disc, suspended on a central vertical pin shaft. When the fluid begins to flow, the valve disc opens under the combined force acting on the center of the sealing surface. The point of action of the spring support force that acts as a counterforce is located outside the center of the valve disc surface, causing the root of the valve disc to open first and avoiding friction on the sealing surface. When the flow rate slows down or stops, the torsion spring automatically reacts, causing the valve disc to close and approach the valve body and seat, reducing the distance and time of the closing stroke and effectively preventing medium backflow.
