JY41W national standard stainless steel flange oxygen special brass globe valve is a specialized valve designed and manufactured based on the operating characteristics of oxygen pipeline network and considering the flammable and explosive characteristics of oxygen medium, with safety, reliability and performance as the design principles, and referring to the provisions of the "Oxygen Safety Regulations" formulated by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry of the People's Republic of China. Main Features
1. Excellent flame retardant performanceThe material of the main components is copper alloy, which is a non combustible material. Even if it collides with solid particles in high-speed airflow, it will not produce sparks, thus possessing flame retardant properties.
2. Safe and reliable designThe valve is equipped with dust-proof, waterproof, and oil proof devices. All valve components that come into contact with oxygen undergo strict degreasing and oil prohibition measures before assembly. The packing material is polytetrafluoroethylene, which ensures safe and reliable use. The bracket part adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the protective cover plate on the bracket can be opened when compressing the packing, which plays a role in preventing oil and dust, and has obvious oil prohibition marks.
3. Static electricity safety deviceThe valve is equipped with a static electricity safety device to prevent sparks from being generated due to static electricity. There is a grounding screw on the valve body flange, which directly exports the static electricity of the valve through a wire to ensure the safety of valve use.
4. Structural optimization designFor nominal pressures PN ≥ 1.6MPa and DN125~200, an internal bypass structure is adopted; DN250~500 adopts an external bypass valve structure, which aims to reduce the pressure difference between the front and back of the valve to avoid high flow rate, high scouring, and prevent high temperature, thereby ensuring the safe operation of the oxygen pipeline network and reducing the operating torque.
5. Reasonable flow direction of the mediumThe medium with PN ≥ 1.6MPa and DN ≤ 100 flows from below the valve disc into above (i.e. low inlet and high outlet), while the medium with DN ≥ 125 flows from above the valve disc into below (high inlet and low outlet). For valves with DN ≥ 125, a high inlet and low outlet flow direction of the medium is adopted, which not only meets the structural requirements of the internal bypass valve, but also greatly reduces the closing force of the valve due to the pressure of the medium.

working principle
JY41W oxygen shut-off valve is a forced sealing valve, and pressure must be applied to the valve disc when the valve is closed to force the sealing surface not to leak. When the medium enters the valve chamber from below the valve disc, the resistance that the operating force needs to overcome is the frictional force between the valve stem and packing and the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium. The force required to close the valve is greater than the force required to open it. After the appearance of self sealing valves, the flow of medium in flange globe valves is changed to enter the valve chamber from above the valve disc. At this time, under the pressure of the medium, the force to close the valve is small, while the force to open the valve is large. The diameter of the valve stem can be correspondingly reduced, and this form of valve is also more tight.
