Gas liquid solid mixing pumpIt is a special pump that can simultaneously process multiphase fluids such as gas, liquid, and solid. Its core function is to overcome the limitations of traditional pumps in complex medium transportation. By optimizing structural design and control strategies, hybrid pumps can achieve stable transportation of multiphase fluids within a single device, and are widely used in fields such as oil and gas extraction, chemical reactions, environmental treatment, and food processing.
Structural design:
1. Enhancement of overcurrent components:The impeller and pump casing are made of duplex stainless steel (such as 2205) or tungsten carbide coating, which can withstand the erosion of media with a solid content of 40%.The surface of the channel is polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m to reduce the risk of particle deposition and corrosion.
2. Sealing system:Double end mechanical seal combined with flushing liquid system to block solid particles from entering the sealing surface.Magnetic coupling transmission technology achieves zero leakage and meets the safe transportation of toxic media such as hydrogen sulfide.
3. Intelligent control system:Multi sensor real-time monitoring of pressure, temperature, vibration, and phase ratio, with PID algorithm dynamically adjusting speed and valve opening.When the gas-liquid ratio fluctuates by more than ± 5%, it automatically triggers steady flow compensation to maintain the stability of the outlet flow rate.
Application Scenario:
1. Oil and gas mixed transportation:In the submarine pipeline, the mixing pump transports crude oil with a gas content of 30% and a sand content of 5% at a pressure of 6-15MPa, with a single power of up to 5000kW, reducing the investment in offshore platform separation equipment by 50%.
2. Chemical reactions:In the Fischer Tropsch synthesis reactor, the mixing pump evenly disperses catalyst particles (particle size ≤ 50 μ m) and synthesis gas, with a solid suspension concentration control accuracy of ± 0.1%.
3. Wastewater treatment:The bubble particle size of ozone water mixture is ≤ 50 μ m, and the ozone dissolution efficiency is increased to 95% (traditional aeration method only 70%), which is used for advanced oxidation treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater.
4. Food processing:The chocolate slurry delivery pump maintains a uniform mixture with a cocoa solids content of 60% and a temperature of 45 ℃, with a shear rate controlled between 100-500s ⁻¹, to avoid fat crystallization damaging the taste.
