Overview
The plunger (reciprocating pump) of the oilfield booster water injection pump is coated with tungsten carbide, with a hardness of ≥ HRC65, and is matched with ceramic cylinder liners to withstand wear from sand containing fluids. The impeller of the centrifugal pump is made of duplex stainless steel casting, and the flow channel is polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m to reduce hydraulic losses.
Product Details

Oilfield booster water injection pumpIt is the core equipment used to inject water into the oil reservoir during the oil extraction process. Its main function is to inject water into the underground oil reservoir through high pressure, maintain or increase the formation pressure, drive the flow of crude oil to the production well, and thus improve the recovery rate. This equipment is particularly important during the secondary and tertiary oil recovery stages, directly affecting the development efficiency and economy of the oilfield.

Product Category:

1. Centrifugal water injection pump
By relying on the rotation of the impeller to generate centrifugal force, mechanical energy is converted into fluid kinetic energy. Suitable for operating conditions with a flow range of 200-5000m ³/h and a pressure of 2-15MPa, commonly found in oil fields with high water injection volume and moderate pressure requirements. Its efficiency can reach 75-85%, but it significantly decreases with increasing pressure.

2. Reciprocating water injection pump
By changing the pump chamber volume through the linear reciprocating motion of the plunger or piston, fluid suction and discharge can be achieved. The working pressure can reach 25-50MPa, with a flow range of 5-300m ³/h, suitable for high-pressure and low-permeability oil reservoirs. The volumetric efficiency exceeds 90%, but there are periodic flow fluctuations that require the installation of buffering devices.

Both types of pumps need to adapt to oilfield water media with sand content ≤ 50mg/L and mineralization ≤ 5000ppm, and some working conditions require the treatment of corrosive fluids (such as CO ₂ flooding water injection).

Core Structure and Material Technology:

1. Power end

Driven by an electric motor or diesel engine, with a power coverage of 100-5000kW. The reciprocating pump is equipped with a crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, made of alloy steel forgings, and surface nitriding treatment to improve fatigue strength.

The rotor components of the centrifugal pump need to be dynamically balanced and calibrated, with a residual unbalance of ≤ 1g · mm/kg, to avoid excessive vibration.

2. Hydraulic end

The plunger (reciprocating pump) adopts tungsten carbide coating, with a hardness of ≥ HRC65, and is matched with ceramic cylinder liner to withstand wear from sand containing fluids.

The impeller of the centrifugal pump is made of duplex stainless steel casting, and the flow channel is polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m to reduce hydraulic losses.

3. Sealing system

The reciprocating pump uses a combination packing seal with a leakage rate of ≤ 10mL/min, and can switch to a metal bellows seal under high temperature conditions.

Centrifugal pumps use mechanical seals and flushing liquid systems to block solid particles from entering the sealing surface, with a lifespan of ≥ 8000 hours.
