According to the form of action, it can be divided into single acting pumps (single-sided work, large flow pulsation) and double acting pumps (double-sided alternating work, reduced flow pulsation by 40%).

1. Oil fracturing:

Inject fracturing fluid into the shale layer at a pressure of 70-140MPa, with a single pump group flow rate of 3m ³/min, proppant concentration ≤ 30%, and a 50% increase in fracture conductivity.

2. Chemical process:

Transporting concentrated sulfuric acid (concentration 98%), liquid sulfur (temperature 135 ℃) and other media, the 316L stainless steel pump body runs continuously for over 8000 hours under a pressure of 25MPa.

3. High pressure water jet:

The 400MPa ultra-high pressure water cutting system is used for aerospace composite material processing, with a cutting accuracy of ± 0.05mm, replacing traditional mechanical processing techniques.

4. Deep sea hydraulic power:

Provide 35MPa stable hydraulic pressure for 3000 meter underwater operation equipment, titanium alloy shell resistant to seawater corrosion, and pressure compensation system to counteract deep-sea hydrostatic pressure.
