The gear can be selected according to different pressures. When installing, just check the flow direction of the pump.

5、 Product installation

The installation of geothermal circulation pumps is very simple. If it is a booster pump, it should be installed in the inlet valve of the water supply pipeline. If it is a return pump, it should be installed at the end of your return water pipeline, which is also in the inlet valve. Generally, a household return water pump with 6 heads is sufficient. It is a graded type, and the gear can be selected according to different pressures. When installing, just pay attention to the flow direction of the pump. It is recommended to install a timer switch at the front end of the pump power supply to avoid the trouble of manual operation.

6、 Precautions

(1) After the pump installation is completed and the power is connected, try running it for a while (to check if it starts normally), but the idle time should not be too long (within 5 seconds) to prevent dry operation from affecting the life of the ceramic bearings;

(2) Before installing the water pump, it should be ensured that the pipeline is free of slag. If there are impurities, welding slag, dirt, etc., it will damage the service life of the water pump;

(3) Please pay attention to the exhaust of the pump when using it. If there is air in the pump chamber, it will not have a boosting effect; Used for continuous operation of hot water circulation for about a week, exhaust once.
