1、 Product Introduction
The rotating device of the vane type heart pump is used to collect the liquid thrown out by the impeller, reduce the flow rate of the liquid, convert some of the velocity energy head into pressure energy head, and then uniformly introduce it into the next stage or discharge it through the diffusion tube.

2、 Product Structure
Guide vanes can be divided into radial guide vanes and channel guide vanes according to their structural forms. The forward and reverse guide vanes of the flow channel type guide vane are cast together with a continuous flow channel in the middle, which allows the liquid to flow in the continuous flow channel without forming blind spots or sudden diffusion. The velocity change is relatively uniform, and the hydraulic performance is good, but the structure is complex and the manufacturing process is poor.
Guide vanes are mostly used in reverse flow situations in hydraulic machinery, such as movable guide vanes in water turbines, fixed guide vanes, and guide vanes in water pumps. Their function is to generate circulation (note: fixed guide vanes can also generate partial circulation, and many academic circles may not yet accept this function of fixed guide vanes).
3、 Production process
There are three common processing methods: sand casting, electroslag casting, and forging guide vanes.
Compared with conventional sand casting and forging guide vanes, electric slag casting solidifies in sequence to eliminate inherent solidification defects in ordinary casting, especially for components with strict flaw detection requirements. Its overall performance is high. Moreover, due to the dual effects of electric slag refining and electric power, the basic structure of the produced components is uniform, and the distribution of inclusions is dispersed, thus having good resistance to cavitation and wear. Due to the electric slag refining effect, the overall impact performance and fatigue performance of the produced components have also been improved.
4、 Product advantages
The impeller of the vane type heart pump is buried in water, and there is no need to add water or extract water before starting, so it is easy to achieve automatic operation. In terms of cavitation, the cavitation allowance can be taken as a larger value, which is more advantageous than horizontal pumps. This is also one of the reasons why large capacity pumps use vertical pumps. Vertical installation elbow, high motor position, can also ensure safety during flood season. Compared with horizontal pumps, the installation area is smaller, which is advantageous for situations with harsh foundation conditions and narrow installation sites.
5、 Product usage
(1) Installation:
1. Preparation before installation:
(1) Check the water pump body, transmission device, and motor for any damage. If the pump shaft and transmission shaft are bent, they must be straightened.
(2) Tools and lifting machinery should be complete.
(3) Refer to the installation dimension diagram and check the pump foundation and inlet pipeline to ensure they meet the installation requirements.
(4) Due to the significant impact of the structure of the inlet pool and the arrangement of several pumps in the same inlet pool on the performance of the pumps, the following points must be noted:
① The impeller should have sufficient submergence depth.
② Maintain the required distance between the pump horn and the bottom of the pool.
③ The water flow enters the pump uniformly without any vortex.
④ Several pumps operating in the same pool should not cause disturbance.
⑤ A trash rack must be installed before entering the water tank, and the flow velocity passing through the trash rack should not exceed 0.3 meters per second.
2. Installation
(1) Adjust the blade installation angle on the impeller components according to the usage situation, so that the installation angles of each blade are consistent and there should be no looseness.
(2) Use a spirit level to calibrate the levelness of the pump base, pour cement slurry, and check the levelness after the cement solidifies.
(3) The pump shaft and transmission shaft must be installed on the same vertical line, with a tolerance of less than 0.04 millimeters per meter. Make the gap between the outer circle of the blade and the outer shell of the impeller chamber uniform along the circumference.
(4) After installation, check whether the nuts of each coupling and foundation screw are tightened.
3. Connection between pump and motor:
(1) The elevation center position of the motor and transmission device should be determined according to the elevation center position of the installed pump.
