The advantages of convenient and reliable use are that the dust removed from the dust collector can be directly discharged into the warehouse. It can also be directly placed on the belt. The dusty gas enters the dust collector from the lower part, and after being filtered by the filter bag, the clean air is discharged by the induced draft fan. After the dust collector has been working for a period of time, the dust on the filter bag gradually increases, causing the resistance of the filter bag to rise. It is necessary to clean the dust. After cleaning, the dust collector can resume normal operation.

The HD type single machine dust collector consists of three parts: fan, box, and ash hopper. Each component is installed in a vertical frame, and the structure is extremely compact. The structural characteristics of each component are as follows:
① The fan components are selected from universal standard fans for easy maintenance and replacement, and seismic isolation facilities are used for low noise.
② The dust removal bag filter material is a cylindrical filter bag made of 208 industrial polyester twill fabric or 729 filter cloth, which has good filtration effect and long service life.
③ The dust cleaning mechanism uses an electric motor to drive the connecting rod mechanism, causing the filter bag to shake and remove the dust on the inner surface of the filter bag. The control mechanism has two types: manual control and automatic control. The automatic control is that when the fan is continuously working, the dust cleaning mechanism automatically vibrates and cleans the dust at a fixed time. Manual operation means that the fan stops and the dust cleaning mechanism works automatically. After several tens of seconds, it stops automatically. The dust cleaning mechanism (motor) can also be started at any time to vibrate and clean the dust as needed. The dust cleaning time can be adjusted by the user through a time relay.
④ The ash hopper adopts two structures: drawer type and ash hopper type, making it more convenient to remove and filter dust.
