1、 Product Introduction
The overcurrent components of the high-pressure centrifugal pump are made of stainless steel plate stamping technology, which is suitable for different temperature, flow rate, and pressure ranges. The high-pressure water pump is suitable for non corrosive or lightly corrosive liquids, and can transport liquid temperatures up to 120 ℃.

2、 Application scope
High pressure centrifugal pump is a device that provides high-pressure power for high-pressure rotary water jet slurry, used for strengthening and reinforcing foundations such as buildings and highways. It can also be used for high-pressure water jet assisted rock breaking and coal falling, underground hydraulic support for fluid supply, anchored with hydraulic expansion metal anchor rods to pump high-pressure water, and for dredging and cleaning large underground pipelines.
3、 Product Features
1. High pressure (11 kg MAX), large flow rate (7L/MIN), high suction range (1 meter), low noise; Equipped with stable self-priming function, there is no need to add "water intake" first, and the self-priming speed is extremely fast.
2. Double automatic protection switch for overvoltage and overheating, with automatic shutdown protection when the output pressure exceeds the pressure limit; Automatic protection when the temperature is too high. Two types of interfaces, capable of connecting soft and hard pipes respectively, equipped with metal joints that are not easily damaged.
3. By combining the advantages of self-priming pumps and chemical pumps, a variety of corrosion-resistant imported materials are synthesized, which have acid, alkali, and corrosion resistance properties. The pump body is separated from the motor, and the working medium does not come into contact with the motor. There are no mechanical components inside the pump body, and there is no mechanical wear.

4、 Product principle
The pressure of water spray is ensured by the reciprocating motion of the piston inside the sleeve. The principle can be roughly understood as follows: when we get sick and get an injection, the high-pressure water pump is like a syringe. We push the piston, and when the pushing speed is fast, the pressure inside the syringe is high, and the water sprayed out is faster.
5、 Product operation
1. Check if the gearbox oil tank, high-pressure centrifugal pump oil level, and emulsion tank water level are at the specified levels.
2. Check whether the safety valve, pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, water level gauge, and liquid level indicator are sensitive and correct; Pressure gauges and safety valves should be calibrated once a year, and safety valves should undergo regular exhaust tests to prevent valve core adhesion and valve hole blockage.
3. Check all parts of the water pump, including valves, solenoid valves, pipelines, etc., to ensure that there is no water leakage, air leakage, or oil leakage. Also, check if the electrical neutral (ground) wire is secure and reliable. When the pump is stopped for more than a week, measure if the insulation of the main motor is good; Check if the communication signal with the hydraulic press is correct and reliable. 4. Pump opening sequence:
(1) Check if all valves, suction valves, and circulation gate valves on the water pump, storage tank, and pipeline to be started are in the open position. Open the pump head vent valve of the high-pressure centrifugal pump and the cooling water valve of the lubricating oil pump;
(2) Start the lubricating oil pump and run it for 1-2 minutes. The oil pressure should be between 0.15 and 0.2 megapascals. After the lubricating oil indicator light shows normal, start the main motor of the high-pressure centrifugal pump;
(3) After the air in the pump head is exhausted, immediately close the exhaust valve;
(4) After the high-pressure centrifugal pump is running normally, close the power supply of the circulating valve electromagnet, plug in the pressure power plug, and wait for the water level to rise above level 4. Close the electromagnetic switch of the liquid level valve. When the water level reaches level 7 (according to the pump room design, a "can work" signal can also be sent in advance), the water compressor will send a "can work" signal and start working.
5. When opening and closing the valve, stand on the side of the valve stem and rotate slowly.
6. Do not leave the work post during work, closely monitor and control the instruments and water level indicator lights to ensure they are normal. If false water level occurs, immediate measures should be taken, and all equipment should be inspected every 10-15 minutes. Record the operating conditions every hour. The oil temperature and bearing temperature should not exceed 50 ℃, emulsion temperature should not exceed 60 ℃, cooling water temperature should not exceed 40 ℃, and motor temperature should not exceed the rated temperature rise.
7. If overpressure is detected, immediately unplug the pressure plug and cut off the main power supply. After the water level drops to normal, notify the hydraulic press to stop working. Work can only continue after repairs have returned to normal.
8. Use soapy water to check if there is any air leakage in the storage tank, air valve, and air pipe. If there is condensation or frost (water), it indicates a serious air leakage and should be repaired in a timely manner. If you want to thaw, do not use open flames.
