Overview
The oxygenation principle of the high-pressure fan for aquaculture uses pressure to send air into the gas pipeline. The gas pipeline sends the air into the microporous aeration tube or other aeration devices. Due to its small pore size, it can generate a large number of fine bubbles that emerge from the pipe wall and disperse into the water. Moreover, the rising speed is slow, and the bubbles move slowly in the water, with a long stroke and sufficient contact with the water body. The gas-liquid phase oxygen molecules exchange fully, and it also increases the rotation and up and down flow of the water flow. The up and down flow of water brings oxygen rich water from the upper layer into the bottom layer, while the rotating flow of water spreads oxygen rich water around the microporous tube outward to achieve uniform oxygenation of the aquaculture pond water.

High pressure fan for aquacultureThe principle of oxygenation is to use pressure to send air into a gas pipeline, which then sends the air into a microporous aeration tube or other aeration device. Due to its small pore size, it can generate a large number of micro fine bubbles that emerge from the pipe wall and disperse into the water. Moreover, the rising speed is slow, and the bubbles move slowly in the water, with a long stroke and sufficient contact with the water. The gas-liquid phase oxygen molecules exchange fully, and the rotation and up and down flow of the water flow are also increased. The up and down flow of water brings oxygen rich water from the upper layer into the bottom layer, while the rotating flow of water spreads oxygen rich water around the microporous tube outward to achieve uniform oxygenation of the aquaculture pond water.

High pressure fan for aquacultureThe process of using the air volume and pressure of a fan to forcefully add air or other gases into water or liquid through conveying equipment, high-pressure fans, and diffusion equipment is called air blowing aeration. Fans with this purpose are called aeration fans; The purpose of aeration is to increase sufficient dissolved oxygen in water or liquid to meet the oxygen demand of aerobic organisms; The aeration process of a fan is the transfer of molecular weight between gas and liquid. In order to fully diffuse and contact the gas in the liquid and prevent suspended solids from sinking, the aeration fan must be able to generate sufficient pressure.

Analysis of the necessity of using vortex aerator fan in aquaculture
Research has shown that when the oxygen content in the pool water is above 3mg/L, fish can mostly live normally; When the oxygen content in the pool water is around 2mg/L, it affects the normal life of some fish; If the oxygen content in the pool water is below 1mg/L, many fish species will feel difficulty breathing, almost stop feeding, and exhibit floating head phenomenon. If the oxygen content in the water continues to decrease, it will cause the fish to suffocate and die. So generally, 3mg/L is used as the safe concentration of oxygen content in pool water, 2mg/L is used as the warning concentration, and 1mg/L is used as the dangerous concentration. Meanwhile, practice has proven that the food intake of fish is directly related to the oxygen content of water. When the oxygen content in pond water is high, the food intake of fish increases, and the two are directly proportional. When the feed ingredients are the same, raising fish in oxygen rich water can make more efficient use of the feed and promote faster fish growth. So dissolved oxygen in water is a very important factor in regulating fish growth. Under certain external conditions such as air pressure and temperature, the saturation solubility of oxygen in water is constant. At a certain pressure, the lower the temperature, the higher the saturation solubility of oxygen; The higher the temperature, the lower the saturation solubility of oxygen. At a certain temperature, as the air pressure decreases, the saturation solubility of oxygen decreases, and as the air pressure increases, the saturation solubility of oxygen increases. So under natural conditions, the sources of dissolved oxygen in fish ponds mainly come from two aspects: one is the photosynthesis of algae and phytoplankton in the water, which accounts for about 90% of the total dissolved oxygen in the water, and the other is the diffusion of oxygen molecules from the atmosphere to the water surface. Research has shown that under conditions of sufficient dissolved oxygen content in water, a fish pond with a depth of about 2 meters per acre can only supply 250-300kg of fish for consumption. Therefore, it indicates that traditional fish pond farming techniques cannot significantly increase fish yield under natural conditions. Therefore, in order to increase the yield of fish farming in ponds, it is necessary to adopt artificial methods to oxygenate the water to increase the oxygen content. To achieve the goal, a high-pressure blower is an essential air source tool.
Working principle of vortex aerator fan for aquaculture
The impeller of a fan is composed of dozens of blades, similar to the impeller of a large gas turbine. The air in the middle of the impeller blades is subjected to centrifugal force and moves towards the edge of the impeller, where it enters the annular cavity of the pump body and circulates again in the same way from the starting point of the blades. The circulating airflow generated by the rotation of the impeller leaves the air pump with * energy for use. The fan adopts a motor, with a compact structure, small size, light weight, low noise, and no water or oil in the air source sent out.
