1、 Product Introduction

The high-temperature sewage pump is developed based on the digestion and absorption of advanced technology and experience related to sewage pumps and hot water pumps at home and abroad. It overcomes the working temperature limit of submersible sewage pumps and greatly improves the temperature rise limit of submersible sewage pumps.

2、 Product Features

It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, long continuous operation time under high temperature conditions, and reliable and convenient transportation in the discharge of heating wastewater, smelting wastewater, and chemical wastewater.

3、 Application scope

Mainly used in municipal engineering, industry, hospitals, construction, hotels, restaurants and other industries. Used for discharging solid and various long fiber sludge, wastewater, and urban domestic sewage (including corrosive and erosive media).

4、 Product usage conditions

1. The water temperature should not exceed 140 degrees Celsius

2. The solid content of the medium does not exceed 40%. This high-temperature resistant submersible sewage pump has the advantages of anti entanglement, no blockage, automatic coupling, high reliability, and automatic control. It has functions in discharging solid particles and long fiber garbage.

5、 Precautions

(1) Before starting, carefully check whether the electric pump has been deformed or damaged during transportation, storage, and installation, and whether the fasteners are loose or detached.

(2) Check the cable for any damage, breakage, etc. If there is any damage, it needs to be replaced to prevent leakage.

(3) Check if the rated voltage of the power supply device matches the nameplate.

(4) Use a megohmmeter to check that the cold insulation resistance of the motor stator winding to ground is not less than 50M Ω.

(5) It is strictly prohibited to use pump cables as installation and lifting ropes to avoid danger.

(6) The rotation direction of the pump is counterclockwise when viewed from the inlet. If the pump rotates in reverse, simply swap the wiring positions of any two cables, and the pump can rotate forward.

(7) The water pump should be submerged vertically in the water, and should not be placed horizontally or trapped in sludge. When the water pump moves, the power must be cut off.

(8) After multiple uses, the electric pump must be placed in clean water and run for several minutes to prevent sedimentation inside the pump and ensure its cleanliness.
