1、 Product Introduction
The cavitation, abrasion, and combined damage of high-temperature circulating pumps have always been an important issue in the operation, maintenance, and management of water pumps. Traditional surface protection materials and processes are far from meeting the requirements of anti cavitation and abrasion of water pumps. In order to enhance the anti cavitation and abrasion ability of the surface of the flow passage components of the water pump, in addition to using stainless steel or other hard alloys to manufacture the blades and impellers, continuous experimental research is also conducted on surface protection technology.

2、 Product Features
1. It is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low building investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller of the hot water circulation pump is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively smooth the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thereby ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, and low noise of the pump.
3. The shaft seal of the hot water circulation pump is made of tungsten carbide, graphite, hard alloy and other materials, effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. The installation and maintenance of the hot water circulation pump are convenient, and there is no need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply remove the pump coupling nut to extract all rotor components.
5. Pumps can be operated in parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
6. The pump can be installed in a rigid or horizontal manner according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
3、 Product usage conditions
1. The maximum working pressure of the hot water circulation pump system is ≤ 1.6Mpa, and the static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5Mpa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be separately stated during ordering, so that cast steel materials can be used for the pump overcurrent and connection parts during manufacturing.
2. The ambient temperature of the hot water circulation pump is less than 40C, and the relative humidity is less than 95%.
3. The volume of solid particles in the conveying medium of the hot water circulation pump shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 2mm. Note: If the medium used has small particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
4、 Product maintenance
1. Regularly adding grease, the electric oil drum pump operates at high speed, and the lubricating grease is easy to evaporate. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the lubrication at the bearing clean and pay attention to replacement.
2. Gear oil pumps should be regularly inspected and maintained, and electric oil drum pumps should be regularly inspected and maintained. The power lines, internal connections, plugs, switches, insulation resistance, brush tailstock, commutator and brush contacts should be checked for looseness. The armature winding stage expansion stator winding should be checked for moderate disconnection, and the bearings and rotating parts should be checked for damage.
3. Save each part properly and replace the same parts. When disassembling and inspecting the gear oil pump, each part should be well preserved. Special attention should be paid to the explosion-proof surface, burrs, insulation pads, and sleeves of the explosion-proof parts to prevent damage. If there is damage, new identical parts must be replaced, and substitute materials with lower performance than the original materials or parts that do not meet the original specifications should not be used. During assembly, all parts should be installed in their original positions without omission.
4. Attention should be paid to the insulation resistance of gear oil pumps. For electric pumping pumps that have been unused for a long time or used in humid environments, the insulation resistance of the winding must be measured with a 500 volt megohmmeter before use. When the insulation resistance between the winding and the motor casing is less than 7 megohms, the winding must be dried.
5. Pay attention to storing the electric oil pump in a dry, clean, and non corrosive gas environment.
5、 Product operation
1. To avoid resonance effects, that is, to make the pump switching frequency as far away from the arm's natural frequency as possible. Do not increase the flow rate of hydraulic oil unilaterally to improve the pumping speed, as increasing the flow rate will increase the pumping switching frequency of high-temperature circulation pumps, which can easily cause resonance effects.
2. Try to avoid using high-temperature circulation pumps under high stress, or minimize the frequency of use under high stress. More specifically, it is necessary to avoid extending the arm near the angle between the arm frame and the longitudinal center axis (80 °~90 ° for high-temperature circulation pumps), and also to avoid horizontal arm extension as much as possible, because the center of gravity of the arm frame moves outward during horizontal arm extension, which greatly increases the torque.
3. Control the load intensity to prevent premature fatigue cracking. The so-called load strength is determined by two main factors: the magnitude of the stress peak and the number of alternating cycles. The fatigue life of each material used in high-temperature circulation pumps is limited. If used too much or too strongly in the early stages, it will inevitably affect the duration of its service life. A car mounted pump, working overtime and tirelessly, will greatly shorten its service life. If well maintained, its service life will be extended.
