The LCPM series pulse bag filter is a new achievement product developed by our factory. This LCPM-G/S/A series of products is a proprietary technology product developed through technical cooperation among relevant institutes, universities, and research institutes to expand the scope of use and meet the high dust processing capacity and concentration needs of more users. The main features of this LCPM series pulse bag filter product are:

1. Adopting the current international offline three state (filtering, cleaning, and static) cleaning method, the cleaning process is thorough and reliable, avoiding the phenomenon of "re adsorption" during cleaning.

2. For key components that affect the main performance, such as pulse valves, imported parts are used, and the service life of the vulnerable part diaphragm exceeds one million times, ensuring continuous operation for more than four years.

3. The use of chamber spraying and dust cleaning technology for gas box pulse requires simultaneous spraying of one chamber (with four specifications of filter bags in each chamber: 32, 64, 96, and 128). Therefore, compared to ordinary high-pressure pulse dust collectors, spraying six bags with one valve can reduce the number of pulse valves by 6-20 times.

4. A pre dust collection mechanism has been designed, which not only overcomes the direct erosion and wear of filter bags by dust, but also can handle high concentrations, allowing inlet concentrations up to 1000g/Nm3.

5. The pulse valve three state dust cleaning mechanism is automatically controlled by a microcontroller. And it has three control modes to choose from: fixed resistance, timed or manual.
