1、 Overview

Our company's technical department has developed the LZH-B series reclaimed water treatment equipment based on years of experience in treating various types of wastewater and referring to advanced technologies at home and abroad. The equipment can adjust the components according to changes in water quality in different regions, and can achieve the expected treatment effect. Make the water quality indicators meet the standards for recycled water quality (or railway domestic miscellaneous water quality standards)

Scope of Application

This series of products is mainly used for the treatment and reuse of organic wastewater and domestic sewage in railway locomotive depots, vehicle depots, train depots, machinery manufacturing industries, residential communities, office buildings, hotels, schools, military units, hospitals, breeding farms and other industries.

4、 Introduction to Process Flow

1. Grilles can remove larger solid substances from sewage, ensuring the normal operation of water pumps and subsequent equipment.

2. Homogenization regulating tank (also doubles as hydrolysis acidification tank), does not require sealing. During the hydrolysis acidification stage, it can convert large molecule difficult to degrade organic matter into small molecule easily degradable organic matter, which can change the biochemical properties of the original sewage and produce very little residual activity

Sexual sludge. Simultaneously regulate water quality and quantity.

3. The coagulation air flotation device achieves solid-liquid separation by adding coagulants, compressing the double layer, adsorption and electrostatic neutralization, net capture, adsorption bridging, and other mechanisms, resulting in the removal of over 80% of pollutants.

4. Advantages of biological contact oxidation tank: high volume load; High biological activity; Has a high concentration of microorganisms; Low sludge production; Good and stable effluent quality; Low power consumption; Easy to hang film; There is no problem of sludge expansion; Wide spectrum of biological bacteria and strong resistance to shock loads.

5. The inclined plate sedimentation tank accelerates the settling of suspended solids and removes detached biofilms through the "shallow pool effect" to achieve solid-liquid separation

6. The sand filter further filters and removes activated sludge and suspended solids, making the water clear and transparent.

7. Using a chlorine dioxide generator, chlorine dioxide is produced on-site and added to the treated wastewater. After being mixed by a static mixer, it is stored in a reclaimed water tank for future use.

8. The above entire process can be selected and combined according to the nature of the enterprise's wastewater.

1. The main processes used in this machine include: coagulation air flotation device; The biological contact oxidation tank adopts mature domestic and foreign processes, with good and stable water quality treatment.

2. There are two supply methods: assembly and bulk. Assembly below 5m3/h and bulk above 10m3/h can also be used according to the specific requirements

3. The biofilm method is used to treat sewage. In areas where the annual average temperature is below 10 ℃ due to climate influence, underground insulation is adopted; Adopting indoor insulation;

4. To ensure the growth of biofilms, three-dimensional elastic fillers are used, which have a large specific surface area, will not pill, and have stable performance.

5. The contact oxidation method for indoor insulation should be equipped with ventilation devices.
