The low-temperature evaporator mother liquor concentration wastewater treatment equipment is a core device developed for high salt and high COD mother liquor wastewater. Through vacuum negative pressure low-temperature evaporation technology, the mother liquor concentration can be reduced by more than 90%, and the COD removal rate can reach 99%. The evaporated water is clear and transparent, and can be discharged or reused according to standards. The device integrates heat pump technology to achieve the dual goals of "energy conservation, carbon reduction, and resource reuse", and is widely used in fields such as chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, and leachate treatment.

One working principle

Low temperature evaporator mother liquor concentration wastewater treatment equipmentBy relying on a heat pump system to provide an efficient heat source, combined with a vacuum negative pressure environment to reduce the boiling point of the mother liquor, the mother liquor can quickly evaporate water at a low temperature of 30-40 ℃; The steam generated by evaporation is converted into distilled water that can be reused or discharged in compliance with standards through the condensation system. The mother liquor is then concentrated due to continuous separation of moisture (reducing the moisture content to 10% -15%), efficiently completing the reduction and concentration treatment of the mother liquor.

III Application Cases

Chemical industry: Reduction of high salt mother liquor

A certain chemical enterprise produces 3600 tons of high salt mother liquor (TDS ≥ 30000mg/L) annually. After adopting our low-temperature scraper crystallization evaporator, the volume of the mother liquor is reduced by 85%, and the annual production of ammonium sulfate crystals is 120 tons. The cost of hazardous waste disposal is reduced by 70%.

Electroplating industry: reuse of heavy metal wastewater

After equipment treatment, the nickel ion concentration in the nickel containing wastewater (80mg/L nickel ion, COD 3000mg/L) from a certain electroplating enterprise decreased to below 0.1mg/L. The reuse rate of distilled water reached 85%, saving 15000 tons of water annually and reducing the amount of hazardous waste disposal by 90%.

Pharmaceutical industry: Thermal wastewater treatment

The antibiotic fermentation broth (containing thermosensitive components) from a certain pharmaceutical factory is evaporated at a low temperature of 30-40 ℃, with a retention rate of over 95% for active ingredients, and 0.8 tons/day of ethanol is recovered.
