working principle
Sodium chloride evaporation crystallization equipmentFirstly, pretreat the sodium chloride wastewater by filtering to remove suspended impurities and avoid blockage of the crystallization system. The pre treated wastewater enters the low-temperature evaporation chamber, where the boiling point of low water is lowered in a vacuum environment (usually controlled at 40-60 ℃). With the low-temperature heat source provided by the heat pump system, the water quickly evaporates into steam. Steam enters the condensation system and condenses into liquid water, which is directly reused or discharged after meeting the standards. As the water continues to evaporate, the concentration of sodium chloride in the wastewater gradually increases to a supersaturated state. After entering the crystallizer, sodium chloride is precipitated in crystal form through stirring and temperature gradient control. The crystalline slurry is separated by centrifugation to obtain sodium chloride crystals, which can be further dried and purified to achieve resource recovery.

Salt corrosion resistance design: The parts in contact with wastewater are made of salt corrosion resistant materials such as 2205 duplex steel and titanium, which can withstand high concentrations of chloride ions and have a service life of more than 10 years.
Fully automatic operation: equipped with PLC intelligent control system, real-time monitoring of liquid level, concentration, temperature and other parameters, automatic completion of feeding, evaporation, crystallization, salt discharge and other processes, without the need for dedicated personnel on duty, easy operation.
Excellent effluent quality: The salt content of condensed water can be reduced to below 50mg/L, meeting the standards for recycled water, reducing fresh water consumption, and achieving water resource recycling.
Modular combination: The equipment scale can be flexibly configured according to the processing capacity (10-1000m ³/d), with a small footprint, short installation cycle, and easy capacity expansion in the later stage.
Classic Case
A sodium chloride wastewater treatment project in a chemical industrial park: The park generates 150m ³ of high salt wastewater daily, with a sodium chloride concentration of approximately 80000mg/L. After adopting this equipment, a daily average of 12 tons of sodium chloride crystals with a purity of 98.5% are recovered, and the annual sales revenue for industrial salt is about 1 million yuan; All condensed water is reused for production, saving an annual water cost of 300000 yuan. The treated distilled water meets the discharge standards.
Salt containing wastewater treatment project at a certain food processing plant: In response to the sodium chloride wastewater (with a salt content of 50000mg/L and COD of 1200mg/L) generated from soy sauce brewing in the plant, the equipment treated condensate water COD was reduced to below 50mg/L and reused in the workshop cleaning process; The recycled sodium chloride is purified and used for product processing, reducing the annual raw material procurement cost by 500000 yuan and solving the problem of high salt wastewater treatment.
