(2) Working principle

Steam based low-temperature evaporation and concentration equipmentUsing steam as a heat source to transfer heat to materials. At the same time, the vacuum pump reduces the pressure inside the evaporator to below -98MPa, lowering the boiling point of the material to 30-40 ℃ and achieving low-temperature evaporation. Steam releases heat in the heating chamber and condenses into distilled water, which can be directly recycled and reused. The PLC intelligent control system automatically adjusts the feeding speed, steam flow rate, and vacuum degree to ensure stable operation; The continuous operation cycle of the equipment is extended by more than twice.
