1、 Characteristics:

① Due to the use of thermal decomposition and precise control at different stages during the incineration process, the thermal technical standards specified in the engineering design execution standards can be achieved.

② Due to the low oxygen state of the pyrolysis furnace, the air agitation intensity inside the furnace is small, resulting in very few particulate matter in the flue gas.

③ The high-temperature oxidation process is completed in the secondary combustion chamber, and organic matter is oxidized and decomposed, resulting in extremely low organic gas content in the flue gas.

④ Due to the high-temperature combustion of waste, the residue contains almost no organic matter.

⑤ The volume and weight of the residue are less than 5% of the original solid waste (excluding original inorganic substances), and the organic matter removal rate reaches 99.9%, greatly reducing the cost of subsequent slag treatment.

⑥ Waste materials with different compositions can be stably incinerated simultaneously.

⑦ Safe combustion method to suppress the incineration of toxic substances such as dioxins.

3、 Process flow description:

Incineration process description: Medical waste collected from various hospitals is transported by sealed transport vehicles to solid waste treatment stations. Then unload it into the sealed micro negative pressure waste temporary storage room in the incineration workshop. During incineration treatment, medical waste is placed into the feeding funnel at the upper part of the incinerator through a closed belt conveyor system and fed into the pyrolysis furnace of the incineration device. The waste undergoes material drying and pyrolysis process (surface combustion process) in the pyrolysis furnace. The pyrolysis gas enters the pre mixing chamber and is preliminarily mixed with hot air before entering the secondary combustion chamber and burning with sufficient secondary combustion air at 900-1100 ℃. The coke produced by pyrolysis is burned out in the water-cooled furnace at the lower part of the primary combustion chamber under the action of primary air, and the ash produced after combustion is manually removed, transferred, and buried. The flue gas fully burned in the second combustion chamber enters the flue gas cooling and purification system. The flue gas is first removed of toxic acidic gases by the dry spray system, and then enters the alkali rapid cooling tower to quickly cool the flue gas to 160-200 ℃. After that, it enters the activated carbon adsorber to remove harmful substances such as dioxins. After the purification process described above, various pollutants carried in the flue gas meet the requirements of the hazardous waste incineration pollution control standards, and are discharged into a 35m high chimney through a frequency controlled induced draft fan and released into the environment.
