The incineration principle of a direct combustion furnace is to burn and destroy organic waste gas at high temperatures, decomposing organic matter into inorganic substances (carbon dioxide and water), achieving standard emissions of flue gas and the recovery and utilization of combustion heat energy. From the analysis of the combustion mechanism of combustible substances, in order to ensure the adequacy of combustion, the "3T" principle of combustion must be met, which includes the turbulence level of air, combustion temperature, and the residence time of organic matter in the high-temperature zone.

Our company's organic waste gas thermal incinerator is professionally designed based on the characteristics of organic waste gas, with the following features:


(1) The furnace body adopts a Venturi furnace structure to ensure that there is no deviation or dead angle in the incineration of exhaust gas, and the removal rate of organic matter destruction reaches over 99.99%;

(2) A heat storage wall is installed at the outlet of the furnace to increase the high-temperature space. The heat storage wall is a honeycomb structure, and the addition of the heat storage wall greatly improves the thermal efficiency of the furnace body, significantly enhancing the energy-saving effect of the equipment. At the same time, it is also to ensure that exhaust gas will not enter the heat recovery equipment for combustion due to combustion in the furnace;

(3) The exhaust gas inlet adopts a stainless steel spiral exhaust nozzle, which can allow the exhaust gas to be introduced in a flat flow manner. The exhaust gas can slowly and evenly pass through the vertical high-temperature flame layer, avoiding the problem of low temperature zone caused by excessive local power when the exhaust gas is introduced;

(4) Safe and effective explosion-proof and explosion-proof design ensures stability and safety during waste gas incineration;

(5) A reasonable waste heat utilization system can minimize the comprehensive cost of exhaust gas combustion treatment;
