The Metas needle punched felt high-temperature dust removal bag is made by our company using imported fibers as raw materials, adopting international standards, and manufactured with imported equipment. This filter material has the following four significant characteristics:
① Excellent temperature resistance: It can operate continuously at a temperature of 204 ℃ (instantaneous temperature of 250 ℃) and can withstand repeated fluctuations in temperature of 250 ℃.
② Outstanding dimensional stability: With a thermal shrinkage rate of less than 1% at a temperature of 250 ℃, it has excellent high-temperature stability.
③ Proud fire resistance: decomposition and carbonization only begin at 400 ℃, with a limit oxygen index (LOI) of 30, neither self igniting nor assisting combustion.
④ Good chemical resistance: Low concentrations of acids, bases, and most hydrocarbons will not affect it, and even small amounts of fluoride will not significantly corrode it.
