● Overview
The disc type microporous aerator is a new type of aeration device developed in the 1980s. The device has small aeration bubbles, a large gas-liquid area, uniform bubble diffusion, unobstructed pores, and strong corrosion resistance. According to the oxygenation tests conducted by the School of Environmental Engineering at Tongji University and the North China Design Institute of Municipal Engineering in China, the disc type microporous aerator is an excellent aeration device (saving 40% energy compared to fixed spiral aerators, diffuser aerators, and perforated tube aerators). Suitable for both new construction and renovation projects.
● Product Structure
Composed of upper and lower pipe clamps, film discs, ABS fixed adjustment brackets, etc. The membrane material is divided into two types: EPDM rubber and silicone.

● Installation points
The design of aeration pipes should consider pressure balance and preferably form a circular network. Each set of intake pipes should be equipped with valves to facilitate the adjustment of air volume. Design flow rate of air pipe: 10-15m/s for main pipe; The branch pipe is 5 m/s. The installation height of the aerator surface from the bottom of the tank is 270mm and 250mm.
