4、 Introduction to TK-1100 Denitrification Monitoring System
The TK-1100 denitration ammonia escape system is an honor product of our company. It is used for continuous monitoring of flue gas emissions in denitration monitoring and is suitable for monitoring denitration efficiency and ammonia escape in denitration systems It can continuously monitor parameters such as nitrogen oxide concentration, oxygen concentration, and ammonia concentration at the outlet and inlet of the denitrification reactor online.
The entire system adopts the extraction measurement method, which extracts the flue gas in a high-temperature mixed form into the instrument room and analyzes it by the analyzer. During the extraction process, particulate matter in the flue gas is filtered out multiple times, so the measurement accuracy is not affected by smoke and dust. In addition, the analyzer for extractive measurement can be easily calibrated, thus ensuring the continuous reliability of measurement accuracy.
The ammonia detection uses an analyzer based on semiconductor laser frequency modulation technology, which can accurately measure ammonia concentrations at the ppm level. Due to the use of phase sensitive detection and other technologies, the accuracy of the detection is greatly improved. More information is transmitted through the frequency domain, so precise measurements can be achieved with a simple structure, ensuring higher system reliability while maintaining measurement accuracy.
The monitoring signal of the system can be in various forms such as current output or serial digital quantity, ensuring seamless connection with the DCS system. If necessary, the monitoring results can also be uploaded to the environmental protection bureau information platform through DTU or data acquisition instrument.
The system's heat tracing pipeline adopts a unique high-temperature chain design, with a total temperature of 190 ℃ and no cold spots, which can completely prevent condensation, corrosion and other phenomena caused by flue gas cooling.
The low-temperature area of the system is equipped with a specially designed acid mist remover, which can effectively remove SO3 from the flue gas and protect the refrigerator and low-temperature pipelines. The acid mist remover does not require consumables, therefore it has low cost, high reliability, and no maintenance. Greatly reducing the usage cost of the system.
