1、 Usage and Introduction:

Organic waste gas is a type of toxic and harmful gas generated during the production process in industries such as petroleum, chemical, printing and dyeing, plastics, pharmaceuticals, and painting. These gases often contain hydrocarbons, oxygen-containing organic compounds, nitrogen, sulfur, halogens, and phosphorus containing organic compounds. Traditional methods for purifying organic waste gas include adsorption and condensation. But these methods often have the phenomenon of inadequate purification and secondary pollution, so the environmental emissions do not meet the standards.

In response to the differences in organic waste gas concentration and composition, as well as customers' strict cost concepts, our company has designed a heat recovery and utilization system with high efficiencyOrganic waste gas thermal oxidation incinerator (TO direct combustion furnace)To process organic waste gases of different concentrations and calorific values, while combining with a comprehensive exhaust gas treatment system to ensure environmentally compliant emissions.

2、 Structure and characteristics:

1) High temperature pyrolysis, oxidation, and incineration result in an organic waste gas decomposition rate of over 99.99%.

2) High heat recovery efficiency, capable of recovering steam, hot water, and hot air.

3) Equipped with burners, using multi-stage flame arresters and tempering devices with high safety and complete functions.

4) High processing efficiency, no secondary pollution, and effective control of dioxin generation to ensure environmental emissions meet standards.

5) Widely used, it can incinerate organic waste liquid while treating organic waste gas.

3、 Process description:

1) Toxic and harmful exhaust gases are stably sent to the exhaust burner for incineration through a safe and stable control system;

2) Using auxiliary fuel gas or oil to control the furnace temperature between 1000-1100 ℃, utilizing the 3T combustion principle, the exhaust gas stays in the furnace for about 2 seconds, ensuring that the decomposition efficiency of the exhaust gas reaches 99.99% or more;

3) The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion is rapidly cooled by waste heat and steam, hot air, and hot water are recovered for production use;

4) Considering the complex composition of exhaust gas and the presence of metal oxides, solid dust, etc. in the exhaust gas, the system is equipped with a combination purification process of semi dry, dry, and bag to ensure that the incineration of exhaust gas meets GB18484 standards

-2001 emission standards;

5) The smoke that meets the standard is discharged into the atmosphere through the induced draft fan.
