PAC dosing device

1. Overview

The PAM/PAC dosing device is used to add solid drugs into the dissolving tank, then add water in proportion and stir to dissolve, and add them to the dosing point through the metering system. 2. Working principle

The PAM/PAC dosing device is prepared in the mixing tank according to the required concentration of the drug, and after being stirred evenly by the mixer, it is put into the storage tank and accurately added to the dosing point by the metering pump. The PAM/PAC dosing device mainly consists of a dissolution mixing tank (with a stirrer), a storage tank, a metering pump, a liquid level gauge, an electric control cabinet, a back pressure valve, a safety valve, a check valve, a pressure gauge, a filter, a base, etc.

4. Selection precautions

a、 When selecting, the selection should be based on factors such as water treatment capacity, dosage (concentration), and on-site conditions.

b、 If the dosing environment is special, such as high temperature, high density, high viscosity, strong corrosiveness, high dosing pressure, etc., it should be raised to us for targeted equipment configuration, reasonable design, and economic applicability requirements.

c、 When the scale is large, it can be divided into several units for addition and mutual backup. When the required pressure is low, choose a diaphragm pump; when the required pressure is high, choose a plunger pump.
