Overview
The PQ200 environmental grade PM2.5 sampler produced by BGI is designed in accordance with the Federal Reference Method (FRM) and is a 'portable sampling' particulate matter sampling system in FRM. The design of PQ200 strictly follows the U.S. National Environmental Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) published on July 18, 1997, to meet the requirement of 24-hour environmental 'fine particulate matter' sampling. BGI has also developed the 'Very Accurate Cyclone Particle Size Sampling Head' (VSCC) to replace the WINS impact sampler, which can achieve a cleaning cycle of every 30 days. The PM2.5 (particles with aerodynamic diameter less than 2.5 microns) collected by the instrument at a flow rate of 16.67 LPM was collected on a 47 mm PTFE sampling membrane through two inertia separators designed according to EPA standards. The environmental temperature and atmospheric pressure were recorded in real-time while sampling. Microprocessors and advanced volumetric flow control systems can ensure continuous collection of sampling data into memory. Record the actual temperature and pressure conditions for 5 minutes simultaneously with the volume flow rate of the sample, the temperature and pressure of the sampling membrane.
