【 Working Principle 】

Its opening and closing body (valve plate) is driven by the valve stem to move the sealing surface of the valve seat up and down, which can connect or cut off the passage of fluid. When the valve is partially opened, eddy currents are generated on the back of the gate plate, which can easily cause erosion and vibration of the gate plate, and also damage the sealing surface of the valve seat. It is difficult to repair and is usually suitable for working conditions that do not require frequent opening and closing, and keep the gate plate fully open or closed

The ceramic track strip set on the inside of the valve cover and the assist spring set inside the three-way valve core can effectively make the left and right gate plates move tightly against the ceramic track strip without any leakage, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the valve body. [Features and Applications]

It is mainly used for the feeding, discharging, and conveying pipelines of dry powder materials, as a cut-off and connecting medium channel.
