【 Working Principle 】
Its opening and closing body (valve plate) is driven by the valve stem to move the sealing surface of the valve seat up and down, which can connect or cut off the passage of fluid. When the valve is partially opened, eddy currents are generated on the back of the gate plate, which can easily cause erosion and vibration of the gate plate, and also damage the sealing surface of the valve seat. It is difficult to repair and is usually suitable for working conditions that do not require frequent opening and closing, and keep the gate plate fully open or closed
The ceramic track strip set on the inside of the valve cover and the assist spring set inside the three-way valve core can effectively make the left and right gate plates move tightly against the ceramic track strip without any leakage, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the valve body. The structure of this utility model is simple and easy to install and use.
[Features and Applications]
It is mainly used for the feeding, discharging, and conveying pipelines of dry powder materials, as a cut-off and connecting medium channel. It can be used as a discharge valve, balance valve, exhaust valve, and blocking valve for warehouse pumps. It can also be used as a pipeline switching valve and ash unloading valve for ash storage. It has the characteristics of good sealing performance, low starting load, less ash jamming and accumulation, strong wear resistance, and long service life.
The valve plate and seat are made of toughened engineering ceramics, which have excellent resistance to erosion and wear;
A spring is installed between the two gate plates to achieve self tightening sealing with bi-directional flexible pre tightening pressure of the spring, which has the performance of low-pressure bi-directional sealing and no jamming or dust accumulation during the opening and closing process;

In addition, a blowing port is designed to facilitate the use of an external air source to assist in clearing the accumulated dust inside the valve and during valve maintenance.
