RFC-D acid washing wastewater treatment equipment

1、 Overview

The RFC-D acid washing wastewater treatment equipment is developed by our company's technical personnel based on the characteristics of acid washing wastewater and combined with advanced domestic technology and engineering practice experience. This equipment combines acid and alkali treatment, removal of floating oil, and COD, and is currently one of the most efficient sewage treatment equipment. After being treated by this equipment, the domestic wastewater can meet the national discharge standards.

2、 Process Description

The wastewater contains suspended solids with large particles, which are intercepted by barriers and enter the neutralization regulating tank for neutralization reaction. The pH value of the wastewater is kept within the range of 6-9, and then lifted by the wastewater lifting pump to the aeration blowing device (to remove a large amount of detergent and COD5). After adding demulsifying flocculants, the wastewater flows into the air flotation separator, where it undergoes coagulation reaction to separate by air flotation. Most of the SS, Oil, CODcr, and chromaticity are removed before flowing into the intermediate water tank. After being pressurized by the filter pump and injected into the filter, SS and CODcr are further removed before entering the carbon adsorption tank, where the fine particles and soluble substances are intercepted and adsorbed by the packing material. After neutralization and sedimentation, air flotation separation, filtration and adsorption, the effluent quality of the wastewater can fully meet the discharge standards.
