1、 Scope of application
Application areas: petroleum and chemical industry (such as plastics, rubber, synthetic fibers, organic chemicals); Paint production and spraying; Printing (including printing iron, printing paper, printing plastic); Electronic components and wires; Agrochemicals and dyes; Medicine; Picture tubes, films, magnetic tapes, etc. The concentration of organic waste gas is between 100PPM and 20000PPM.
2、 Principle Introduction
RTO incinerator regenerative thermal oxidation furnaceIt is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly device used for treating low to medium concentration volatile organic waste gas.
The regenerative thermal oxidation furnace adopts the thermal oxidation method to treat low to medium concentration organic waste gas, and uses a ceramic regenerative bed heat exchanger to recover heat. It consists of a ceramic thermal storage bed, an automatic control valve, a combustion chamber, and a control system. Its main features are: the automatic control valves at the bottom of the thermal storage bed are connected to the intake manifold and exhaust manifold respectively, and the thermal storage bed alternates direction through directional valves to store the heat of the high-temperature gas coming out of the combustion chamber and preheat the organic waste gas entering the thermal storage bed; Adopting ceramic thermal storage materials to absorb and release heat; The organic waste gas preheated to a certain temperature (≥ 760 ℃) undergoes oxidation reaction in the combustion chamber, generating carbon dioxide and water for purification. The typical two bed RTO main structure consists of a combustion chamber, two ceramic packing beds, and four switching valves (see figure below). The regenerative ceramic packed bed heat exchanger in this device can maximize the recovery of thermal energy, with a heat recovery rate greater than 95%; When dealing with VOCs, minimal or no fuel is used.
3、 Structural characteristics
Low operating costs and ultra-low fuel costs. When the concentration of organic waste gas is above 450PPM, the RTO device does not require the addition of auxiliary fuel.
High purification rate, with a two bed RTO purification rate of over 98% and a three bed RTO purification rate of over 99%.
