Our company has independently developed multi-stage cycle RTO, multi box RTO, etc., which are widely used in industries such as chemical, coating, and pharmaceutical.

2、 Technical Features

Adopting a heat storage type heat exchange device, the heat storage carrier and gas directly exchange heat, the furnace radiation temperature and pressure are high, the heating speed is fast, and the low-temperature heat exchange *, so the heat exchange efficiency is high; The uniform and graded increase in temperature inside the heat storage chamber enhances heat transfer inside the furnace, resulting in excellent heat transfer efficiency; Due to the fact that the flame is not generated by the burner, but slowly burns in the high-temperature heat storage body inside the furnace. No high temperature peak surface, low combustion noise; Unlike traditional combustion processes, the use of staged combustion technology results in uniform temperature rise inside the furnace, eliminating the local high-temperature oxidation zone that occurs in traditional combustion processes, thereby greatly suppressing the generation of NOx; The system adopts PLC automatic control, with high degree of automation and strong safety and reliability; According to the condition of the exhaust gas, a heat recovery device can be designed reasonably, with thermal oil or waste heat boiler connected to the high-temperature combustion chamber, and low-temperature flue gas used to heat the exhaust gas, etc.
