3、 Explanation on the selection of monitoring points for several different on-site situations
According to the national standard for CEMS flue gas online monitoring system, the installation of CEMS flue gas online monitoring system is installed on the vertical pipe section, that is, on the chimney, and must meet the requirement of a straight pipe section with 6 times the equivalent diameter of the chimney or flue on site. Based on the experience of installing online monitoring equipment, when considering the installation location, we must not only consider the factors of smooth and stable flue gas, but also the convenience of installation and daily maintenance. Another factor to consider is to minimize investment as much as possible.
1Selection of monitoring points to be installed on the chimney site
1. There is an elevator or revolving ladder to reach the platform.
2. The lower platform or the platform to be built can be easily accessed (not through the chimney's own straight ladder).
3. The distance between the lower platform and the flue inlet should meet a certain distance -4 times the diameter of the chimney.
The monitoring points of CEMS flue gas online monitoring system that meet the above conditions can be installed on the chimney, that is, the flue gas sampling probe, smoke and dust tester, and flue gas parameter tester are selected to be installed at the circular point position in the figure.
