● Introduction
Soft fillers are processed to simulate the shape of natural aquatic plants, using aldehyde synthetic fibers as the basic material. Soft fillers have the advantages of large specific surface area, high utilization rate, variable voids without blockage, wide application range, low cost, and low transportation cost. They have been widely used in printing and dyeing, silk, wool spinning, food, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, papermaking, linen spinning, hospitals, and cyanide containing boiling water treatment. In recent years, soft fillers have been introduced in various forms, with reasonable structures and better effects, overcoming the drawbacks of small actual surfaces, easy breakage of central ropes, and clumping in the middle of fiber bundles. As a result, they have been widely welcomed by users.
