structural principle

On a sunny day, all the water in the inlet is sewage, with a small amount of water. The water level in the well is low, and the float causes the valve gate to be in an open state under the action of gravity. At this time, all the sewage flows into the sewage pipe network through the device opening. In the early stage of rainfall, the flow rate at the inlet gradually increases, and the water level in the well also gradually rises. At this time, the valve is driven by buoyancy to gradually close the sewage interception pipe opening, and the initial rainwater also flows into the sewage pipe network through the device opening.

Installation steps and precautions

One Preparation work before installation

1) It is necessary to check whether the dimensions of the sewage interception well and the layout of each pipeline match the construction drawings.

2) The valve is installed on the vertical surface of the sewage interception pipe and attached to the wall; The facade wall at the sewage interception pipe mouth should be smooth and even, and any that do not meet the requirements should be treated.

3) The valve needs to be installed vertically.

4) The opening and closing actions should be flexible and not subject the valve to additional resistance.

5) A 220V AC power supply should be prepared at the installation site.

1: Use a rope to lift the device into the well.

2: Align the valve opening with the sewage interception pipe in the well and fix it with expansion screws.

3: Tighten the expansion screw with a wrench.

4: Pull the float to see if it can move flexibly.
