WB steam high-pressure electric reciprocating pumpProduct Overview
WB1, WB2 reciprocating pump series. Mainly used for long-distance transportation of water, transportation of oil products at ports, and pumping of crude oil and methanol. This series can be used in the process of oil tank trucks, oil depot loading and unloading, hot water recovery and circulation for industries such as pharmaceuticals, brewing, chemical engineering, and petroleum. The maximum temperature of the conveying medium in this series is 150 ℃.
The WBR high-temperature reciprocating pump series is a high-temperature resistant pump designed and produced specifically for industries such as oil refining, papermaking, oil felt, petrochemicals, and plastics. The pump has a compact structure and is designed with reasonable reference to foreign products for digestion and absorption. It is a very promising conveying equipment. For some users who are still using steam reciprocating pumps, this pump is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly substitute product. Suitable for hot water, hot oil slurry, heat transfer oil or other high-temperature media with physical and chemical properties similar to oil-water between 100 ℃ and 400 ℃. After years of operation, significant improvements have been made to the key components of the pump, such as the pump shaft, pump body, and one-way ball valve, in order to transport high-temperature plastics. The pump has a longer service life and is easier to maintain.
Product Features
The reduction gearbox of WB1 and WB2 series reciprocating pumps adopts a two-stage belt gear transmission, and lubrication adopts a splash method. The structure is compact and the design is advanced. The stainless steel pump piston ring adopts our company's specially designed bowl shaped polytetrafluoroethylene ring, which has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance sealing. The high-pressure type of this pump adopts a plunger double valve structure, while the low-pressure type adopts a piston ball valve structure. This design is sensitive in action and reliable in sealing. According to different flow rates and pressures, different motors can be used to meet the user's requirements.
The WBR series high-temperature reciprocating pump body is composed of a gearbox, motor, flywheel crosshead, etc. The gearbox is lubricated by splashing.
The pump body is composed of a double-layer jacket structure made of cast steel, which can be filled with steam for insulation (such as heavy oils). The pump valve structure adopts a ball valve method, which is reliable in sealing and sensitive in action. There is a cooling jacket separating the pump head and the casing. The cooling jacket uses tap water circulation to effectively prevent the heat from the pump head from spreading to the casing. This pump uses domestically good graphite fiber high-temperature packing for its dense packing, and other components are treated with heat-resistant steel in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the service life of the pump
