The wet dosing method first mixes the powder into a 5% to 10% slurry, and then adds it to the water through a metering pump. The main equipment includes storage room, feeding unit, storage bin, carbon slurry mixing equipment, metering pump, and automatic control system. The wet addition method has accurate measurement and uniform mixing.
1. System composition:

Vacuum feeder, storage bin, powder conveying and distribution unit, slurry preparation unit, metering pump, dust collection device, safety valve, level gauge, escalator, etc.

2. Loading method:

Vacuum machine feeding, manual feeding (suitable for small-scale)

3. Running process:

When feeding, the vacuum feeder sucks the powder into the material bin, which is directly connected to the dissolution tank. The powder is quantitatively added to the dissolution tank through a screw pump, and the concentration in the dissolution tank can be controlled at around 5% to 10% (set as needed). Then use wear-resistant screw pumps or other equipment to accurately and quantitatively add the medicinal solution to the raw water pipeline. Generally, there are two dissolution tanks that alternate between dissolution and storage. According to the quality of the raw water, the dosage of chemicals can be changed by manually adjusting the stepless speed regulation device of the screw pump.

To prevent dust during the entry of medicinal powder into the warehouse, a dust collection device is installed on the warehouse to ensure a clean and healthy working environment.
