The discharge valve, also known as the electric ash discharge valve (star shaped unloader), consists of three parts: a motor, a gear difference planetary reducer (X) or a needle type cycloidal reducer (Z), and a rotary dragon unloader. There are two series and 60 specifications in total. The import and export flanges are of type A, and the circular ones are of type B.

Star shaped unloader (star shaped ash valve) is the main equipment for dust removal equipment to discharge ash, close air and feed other equipment. It is suitable for powdered and granular materials and is widely used in industrial sectors such as environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, food, etc. The star shaped unloader adopts a steel plate welded structure with blades that have good wear resistance and are rigid to the drive shaft.

The unloader, also known as the ash discharge valve, star shaped unloader, rotary feeder, and lock valve, is usually composed of a rotor impeller with several blades, a housing, seals, a reducer, an electric motor, etc. When the material in the upper silo falls by its own weight and fills the gaps between the blades, it is discharged from the lower part as the blades rotate. Therefore, the star shaped unloader can discharge the material quantitatively and continuously.

Star shaped unloaders are particularly suitable for dust and small particle materials, and are highly selected for engineering projects in industries such as environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical engineering, grain, cement, road construction, and drying equipment. The flange on the unloader is available in two types: round mouth and square mouth.
