The discharge valve, also known as the electric ash discharge valve (star shaped unloader), consists of three parts: a motor, a gear difference planetary reducer (X) or a needle type cycloidal reducer (Z), and a rotary dragon unloader. There are two series and 60 specifications in total. The import and export flanges are of type A, and the circular ones are of type B.

The unloader, also known as the ash discharge valve, star shaped unloader, rotary feeder, and lock valve, is usually composed of a rotor impeller with several blades, a housing, seals, a reducer, an electric motor, etc. When the material in the upper silo falls by its own weight and fills the gaps between the blades, it is discharged from the lower part as the blades rotate. Therefore, the star shaped unloader can discharge the material quantitatively and continuously.

The flange on the unloader is available in two types: round mouth and square mouth.
