The acid tail gas scrubbing tower is made of FRP vertical cylindrical material with a diameter of 2600mm. A liquid storage tank is installed at the bottom, and gas-liquid counter current contact is used to neutralize the acidic waste gas by spraying alkaline solution.

Empty tower flow rate: 0.8-1.2m/s, to avoid liquid flooding
Processing air volume: approximately 120000 to 150000 m ³/h

Inlet section: Tangential or radial intake, evenly distributed airflow
Spray layer: Multi layer cross arrangement, spray particle size 50-100 μ m, ensuring sufficient gas-liquid contact
Packing layer: Regular packing, extending contact time, improving absorption efficiency
Mist removal layer: Separate and purify liquid droplets in the gas to prevent secondary pollution
Circulating system: acid resistant pump+pipeline+pH control system to maintain absorption efficiency
Process flow of acid tail gas scrubbing tower
Exhaust gas entering: Acidic exhaust gas enters from the bottom and comes into contact with the alkaline spray liquid from top to bottom in reverse flow
Neutralization reaction: H ⁺ (acidic)+OH ⁻ (alkaline) → H ₂ O+salt (such as HCl+NaOH → NaCl+H ₂ O)
Purified emissions: The treated gas is discharged from the top through a defogging layer to meet emission standards
Waste liquid treatment: Circulating liquid is regularly discharged or regenerated to maintain a pH value within the range of 8-10
