Alkali Spray Tower Acidic Waste Gas Absorption Tower DongtingThrough gas-liquid countercurrent contact, alkaline absorption solution is used to neutralize acidic pollutants (such as HCl, H ₂ SO ₄, NO ₓ, HF, etc.), which has the advantages of high treatment efficiency, stable operation, and easy operation. It is widely used in the treatment of acidic waste gas in industries such as chemical, electroplating, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, and photovoltaics.
Process flow of acid waste gas absorption tower:
Acidic waste gas → pretreatment (dehazing/dust removal) → fan pressurization → alkali spray tower (gas-liquid contact reaction) → dehazing device (treating droplets) → standard emission
Absorption liquid circulation path: circulating water tank → circulating pump → spray layer → packing layer (gas-liquid contact) → tower bottom collection tank → circulating water tank (replenishing alkali solution/regular drainage)
