The CEMS system consists of sampling probes, dust meters, and temperature pressure flow integrated probes placed on the chimney, as well as analysis cabinets, standard gases, and air compressors placed in the cabin. The sampling probe is responsible for flue gas sampling, and high-temperature heat tracing is used to prevent water vapor condensation in the flue gas. The built-in sintered filter element is used to filter dust in the flue gas; The dust meter is used to measure the concentration of chimney dust, and the temperature pressure flow is used to measure the temperature, pressure, and flow velocity of the flue gas inside the chimney; The analysis cabinet is responsible for extracting smoke and directly measuring SO2, NOx, and O2 indicators; Standard gas is used for calibrating analytical instruments; The air compressor generates compressed air, which is used for regular blowback of the heat tracing pipeline, sampling probe, temperature and pressure flow, and gas supply for ultra-low dust analyzer.
CEMS provides a data availability rate of over 98%.
