A gas composition analysis safety interlock device specifically designed for online monitoring of the safe operation of cement plants using an oxygen kiln tail gas analyzer in cement kilns. The system consists of a sampling unit, a conveying unit, a processing unit, a calibration unit, and an analysis unit, which complete the determination of design parameters and ensure continuous detection and analysis. The sampling unit and conveying unit adopt heat tracing technology. The gas sampling probe of the CO cement production line project at the outlet of the coal mill has a reverse air inlet and is equipped with a reverse air storage tank to ensure that the probe is not blocked and to extend the maintenance cycle. The analytical instrument has an English interface, and the manual is in both Chinese and English.

The TR-9100 system is a gas composition analysis safety interlock device specially designed for the safe operation of cement plants. A solution provided based on targeted design using the mature analysis and control technology and sampling pretreatment technology of Juneng Company, in response to the harsh working conditions of cement plants in our country. Especially with the use of technologically innovative sampling probes with minimal maintenance, they are more suitable for the harsh working conditions of high dust cement in China. Cement kiln is a major energy consumer in industrial furnaces. By analyzing the gas composition of the flue gas from the kiln tail, decomposition furnace, and preheater outlet of dry rotary kiln, the quality of clinker can be optimized, energy conservation and emission reduction can be achieved, and production control can be optimized. The temperature of the flue gas at the kiln tail can reach up to 1200 ℃, the dust content can reach up to 2000g/m3, and it contains corrosive sulfur dioxide gas, making it a technically difficult sampling and analysis object. The TR-9100 process analysis system has successfully solved this difficult sampling and analysis problem.

Due to the different absorption of the same gas in different spectral bands, the absorption superposition of different gases in the same spectral band can be measured simultaneously by analyzing continuous spectra. This system uses holographic gratings to split the light absorbed by the measured gas, and uses array sensors to convert the split light signal into an electrical signal, obtaining the continuous absorption spectrum of the medium and achieving simultaneous measurement of multiple gases.
