System Features

lBased on the forward scattering principle of particulate matter, it has extremely high sensitivity and resolution, and can continuously measure ultra-low concentration particulate matter emissions online;

lBy adopting the adaptive dynamic grading method, it is also possible to measure high particle concentration on-site, with an extremely wide dynamic range;

2System principle and composition

JNYQ-DUST-02 consists of four main parts, namely sampling and feedback unit, constant velocity tracking and control unit, heating and temperature control unit, and measurement and signal processing unit, as shown in Figure 2-1.

The sampling and return unit completes the process of sampling and returning the tested gas; The constant velocity tracking and control unit completes the measurement of the flow rate and sampling flow rate of the flue gas, while controlling the pumping force of the jet pump to change the sampling flow rate, thereby achieving the purpose of tracking and sampling; The measurement and signal processing unit consists of a laser, a measurement cavity, a photoelectric converter, a blowback and gas curtain device, and a calibration device. By measuring the forward scattered light of particulate matter, the concentration of particulate matter is converted into an electrical signal, which is then output after conditioning and conversion.

Figure 2-2 shows the measurement principle diagram. The highly stable laser emitted by the laser is collimated and enters the measurement chamber. When the laser beam meets the particles, forward scattered light is generated. The scattered light is received by the lens and then introduced into the photodetector through the signal fiber. After ultra-high sensitivity photoelectric signal conversion, the scattered light signal is converted into an electrical signal proportional to the concentration of the particles. After a specific algorithm, the concentration value of the particles is output.
