Principles and functions of the system:

The TR-9100 gas analysis system is an online detection instrument designed by Xi'an Juneng Instrument Co., Ltd. for continuous monitoring of gas analysis in the cement process. Different measurement parameters can be selected according to different environments. The system can accurately measure the content and concentration of the sample gas, and can be controlled by a computer through a communication interface. It can also be transmitted to the DCS central control system through standard analog signals for easy monitoring by the user unit.

It adopts dry sampling throughout the process, transfers the sample gas with heat tracing, and is equipped with precision pretreatment equipment and blowback device to effectively solve the problem of blockage in the sampling pipeline of traditional cement kilns, ensuring the stability and long-term continuous working time of the system in industrial production; The system integrates a powerful signal processing system, which can flexibly configure multiple component modules according to customer needs.
