Overview
The emission detection principle of CEMS for gas boiler exhaust analyzer: (The main monitoring objects are SO2, NOx, CO, CO2, etc.) $r $n electric heating direct extraction probe extracts flue gas, and after dust removal, heating (120-160 ℃), insulation (greater than 120 ℃) and other processes, the sample gas is guided to the pretreatment system, and then the sample gas control system switches the flue gas from the monitoring chimney and distributes it to SO2, NOX, CO, CO2, O2 analyzers for analysis. Among them, SO2 and NOx are analyzed using infrared or ultraviolet analysis principles, while CO and CO2 are analyzed using

CEMS emission detection of gas boiler exhaust analyzer

Characteristics of smoke component monitoring subsystem

The system has a long-term reliable and stable analysis and preprocessing device, which can meet the long-term stable and normal operation of the system without the need for daily maintenance.

The system complies with the environmental protection industry standard HJ/T75-2007 "Technical Specification for Continuous Monitoring of Smoke Emissions" of the People's Republic of China.

The CEMS system has the main functionsComponent fault alarm and fault self diagnosis function ensure stable and continuous monitoring of the system.

The CEMS system provides automatic zero and range calibration services to improve the accuracy of system analysis.

The system is equipped with an independent blowback tube design, which reduces the difficulty of installation and maintenance and improves the quality of sampling blowback.

The sampling tube adopts electric heating temperature control dry direct sampling method, with few auxiliary links and high reliability.

Its probe has a large filtering area, corrosion resistance, high strength, and good filter efficiency.

Adopting PLC control, high degree of automation and low maintenance workload

Particle monitoring subsystem

Technical Features

Adopting the principle of laser backscatter;

High resolution, suitable for monitoring low and high concentration emissions;

Single arm installation, no need for aiming, simple and convenient installation and maintenance;

Strong anti-interference ability, not afraid of beam oscillation caused by mechanical vibration and uneven temperature of flue gas two-phase flow;

Non point measurement with a large sampling area;

Place the calibrator on site to avoid confusion and loss;

Adopting standard 4-20mA industrial standard current output, easy to connect;

linstrumentThe overall power consumption is very low, about 5W.

CEMS emission detection of gas boiler exhaust analyzer

CO in flue gas is generated due to the non combustion of natural gas and the low amount of excess air. Non combustion of natural gas can easily produce carbon black, which accumulates over time and affects the heat transfer of the boiler, reducing its thermal efficiency and causing damage to the boiler itself. The higher the CO content, the lower the natural gas combustion efficiency and the lower the boiler thermal efficiency. DB11/T1231-2015 "Energy saving Monitoring Method for Gas Industry Boilers" and DB37/T846-2007 "Energy saving Monitoring Method for Gas Industry Boilers" respectively stipulate that the CO content shall not exceed 0.01% and 0.02%.

System features:

·High precision direct sampling and gas measurement
·Calculation of total gas emissions
·Can meet the needs of multi system conversion measurement
·Can monitor the measured values and the condition of the analyzer
·Can be used for daily, monthly, and annual reports
·Can simultaneously measure temperature, pressure, and moisture compensated for gas conditions
